Mr. Birdwell has been litigating intellectual property matters over twenty-five years and has tried both jury and bench trials. Mr. Birdwell has litigated patent infringement cases involving such diverse topics as process control, computer algorithims, mechanical machinery, electrical cardiac stimulation, nutraceuticals, and remote optical sensing.
